Meet Our Beers
We take great pride in the beer we brew here on the picturesque White River. Local Beer. The way nature intended.

Hibiscus
Lager
Enjoy the fusion of tropical citrus notes from the hibiscus flower lovingly layered into a sweet lager. We intend this to be approachable which will bring out the best in any food it may be paired with. It is pink, and fun – with a surprisingly crisp finish! This beer is made exclusively with “Regenerative” grain that was grown sustainably to reduce soil erosion while helping our environment.

Sylamore
Shandy
This shandy is the essence of the Ozarks – brewed in the heart of the highlands and is naturally imbued with lemons and a new malt – “flava-malt.” This beer is yellow, hazy and enjoyable. You can pair it with any light food, or just sip it while your day unfolds. This beer is made exclusively with “Regenerative” grain that was grown sustainably to reduce soil erosion while helping our environment.

Imperial Dog

Enjoy this strong, hazy IPA that is made with great care to accentuate the sweetness of the grain, while emphasizing the citrus notes of the hops, all combined in a way that does not make the beer too bitter. One could say it is well balanced. This beer is made exclusively with “Regenerative” grain that was grown sustainably to reduce soil erosion while helping our environment. This beer is for you, Charlie!

Bad
Squirrel
Enjoy this strong, flavorful lager that combines the best of German brewing strategies with Belgian fermentation techniques to yield a copper colored beer that has the malty backbone of a German Bock and the spicy nuances of a Belgian Tripel. This beer is made exclusively with “Regenerative” grain that was grown sustainably to reduce soil erosion while helping our environment. This beer is for you, Stuart!

Grave
Digger
Enjoy the notes of white oak that flavor this non-traditional take on a very traditional beer. Its mellow copper color belies its strong alcohol content. A Marzan is a lager that celebrates the renewal of a brewing season. This Marzan is so good it should be opened and celebrated year-round! This beer is made exclusively with “Regenerative” grain that was grown sustainably to reduce soil erosion while helping our environment.
