It’s here!!! Limited release this Friday, on tap and in bottles, our Guru Dew Barleywine! 13% ABV and 114 IBUs, yet well balanced. Come and get yours early, before Olaf drinks it all!
Ed received an advance bottle and this is what he had to say:
“Began the tasting from the fridge at around 42 degrees. Nose picks up oak from the barrel and a fruity head. First pour from the bottle brings a heavy malt which mellows quickly with a light cherry front. Caramels carry in across the face of the flavor with as light finish. As the bottle breathes and warms the heaviness of the malt lightens greatly and the fullness of the flavor broadens.”
We hope you will enjoy this beer, that was brewed with love and friendship, this holiday season!
Join us for a tenderloin and a beer. The smooth sounds of Derek Herndon and a beer. A game and….you guessed it! A beer!!! All the makings for a relaxing weekend after your holiday shopping!!!
